Description

De-Risking Projects Public Workshop

Georgia Tech Global Learning Center, Atlanta GA

This is the most recent offering from The AIM Institute, and was developed after watching large B2B companies squander millions of dollars needlessly on “risky” projects. In just one day, you’ll learn a radically-new approach to slashing risk in your projects—be they high-stakes projects or forays into unfamiliar markets. Check out this one-day simulation—taught personally by Dan Adams and Ron Pierantozzi—and see what you’ve been missing!

Note: This workshop occurs immediately after a 2-day New Product Blueprinting workshop in the same location.

Schedule: 1 day, April 12, 2018. The day begins with a continental breakfast, 7:45-8:30am. The course runs 8:30am-4:30pm.

Location: The workshop will be held at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center in Technology Square – the heart of Midtown Atlanta’s thriving retail neighborhood – we’re only moments from the city’s best restaurants, coolest shops and most fascinating attractions. Visit the High Museum of Art, the Fox Theatre, explore the Georgia Aquarium or stroll through Midtown Atlanta.

What you’ll learn: This workshop was developed by The AIM Institute “from the ground up”… so nearly everything will be new to you. You’ll learn how to generate FAQS risk factors, create a consumption chain, use AIM’s new MinesweeperTM software, properly rate Impact and Certainty, interpret a Minesweeper “Certainty Matrix,” categorize 6 “buckets” of risk, build a CheckPoint plan, communicate your de-risking plan to management, and de-risk completely unfamiliar markets. Join us and get on a path to slash risk at your company.
